Our Refund & Return Policy

​退款、退餐须知

FOOD ORDER ERROR

  • For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price.

  • For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error. If the new food s less than the food received in error we will be refunded the difference with store credit.

INCOMPLETE ORDER

  • Please call us as soon as you notice an error. You may cancel the missed item before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to your credit card or with store credit.

  • Order made with third party delivery service, Please call them directly as soon as you notice an error.

  • NO CASH REFUNDS.

CANCEL ORDER

  • We cannot cancel, refund or give credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared.

  • NO REFUND FOR NON-FOOD ITEMS OR BEVERAGES.

COMPLIMENTARY FOOD

  • NO REFUND FOR ANY COMPLIMENTARY FOOD.

订单错误

  • 对于使用信用卡支付的顾客,订错的菜品金额将会被全额退还,并将会扣除新菜品金额。

  • 使用现金支付的顾客,若更新的菜品价格高于订错的菜品价格,将会被要求补上差价。若新菜品价格低于错误菜品,我们将会退还和差价等值的店内抵用券。

未完成的订单

  • 请在您意识到发生错误的第一时间电话联系我们。若菜品还未开始准备,我们接受任何无条件退订(单品或整个订单),并讲金额退还到您的信用卡,或退还等价值的店内抵用券(针对现金支付)。

  • ​若订单通过第三方订购,请立即联系第三方平台。

  • ​不支持现金退款

取消订单

  • 很抱歉,在菜品开始准备后,我们无法对订单或单品进行取消、退款或退还等额店内抵用券。

  • ​不接受非菜品项目或饮料酒水的退款

赠品

  • 不接受对做为赠品的菜品进行退款
